Levantine Hill Wine Dinner

with winemaker Paul Bridgeman

at Little Black Pig & Sons.

Levantine Hill has become one of the Yarra Valley’s most celebrated wineries, renowned for producing exceptional cool-climate wines with precision, elegance and uncompromising craftsmanship. From their Blanc de Blanc to their highly acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, each wine reflects the character of the vineyard and the pursuit of quality without compromise.

Set against the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley, Levantine Hill has built a reputation not only for its award-winning wines, but for creating one of Australia’s leading luxury wine and dining destinations. Every release is crafted with a focus on intensity, finesse and longevity - wines designed to sit among the country’s very best.

Join us at Little Black Pig & Sons on Thursday 21 May for the final dinner in our 2026 Wine Dinner Series; a one-night-only evening celebrating Levantine Hill wines alongside a bespoke five-course menu by Chef & Owner David Lakhi.

We’re delighted to welcome Paul Bridgeman, one of the Yarra Valley’s most respected winemakers. Before joining Levantine Hill in 2013, Paul spent five years as winemaker at the iconic Yarra Yering, stepping into the role following the passing of Dr Bailey Carrodus. Across more than 25 Yarra Valley vintages, and time spent in France’s Rhône Valley at Domaine Jean-Louis Chave, Paul has developed a winemaking philosophy centred on purity, restraint and site expression.

On the night, Paul, alongside Little Black Pig & Sons chef and owners David and Emilia Lakhi, will guide guests through five wines and matching courses in the Tuscan Room at Heidelberg’s Little Black Pig.

The evening begins with albacore tuna, guanciale, fennel and Worcestershire, paired with 2022 Levantine Hill Blanc de Blanc, before moving through Rocky Point QLD cobia carpaccio with Estate Chardonnay and handmade chestnut agnolotti with lamb, porcini and Pinot Noir.

The evening’s centrepiece sees Wagyu rump cap with bordelaise and rapi paired with 2021 Levantine Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - a wine that captures the depth, structure and elegance that has made Levantine Hill one of Australia’s benchmark producers.

To finish, sponge, dates and mascarpone meet 2020 Melange Botrytis, bringing the evening to a rich and celebratory close. As with all wine dinners at Little Black Pig & Sons, the night concludes with our much-loved options game, where one lucky guest will take home a special prize.

This is the final dinner in our current series, and a fitting finale to months of remarkable food, wine and storytelling.
